Deposit
 Reservations are considered firm accompanied by a deposit, deductible from the cost of living, a value of 30% of total price, for stays greater than or equal to 3 nights
 50% of total price for stays under 3 nights.

 Cancellation
 At least 21 days before the expected date of arrival, deposit will be retained.
 With less than 48 hours of the expected date of arrival: the deposit will be retained and the first night will be due.
 Shortened stay
 For any interruption of residence not notified 72 hours in advance, the value of one night will be charged by the hotel, as compensation.

 Arrival time
 All reservations are held until 18 hours.
 Thank you notify us if arriving late.

 Arrival
 We will do our best to have your room ready as soon as possible.
 It must, however, this may not be ready before 14:30.

 Departure
 Rooms must be vacated before 12:00
